Glasgow Council chiefs banned Lift Aesthetics from the city after they performed a Brazilian bum lift in a hotel meeting room.

We previously told how a 49-year-old was rushed to hospital after liquid “fillers” were injected into her buttocks at a Holiday Inn in Glasgow.

Scans taken at Hairmyres Hospital in East Kilbride revealed she had a serious infection.

Following the cosmetics horror, the local authority banished the beautician from the city amid an urgent investigation.

And weeks later other victims are being urged to come forward and share their ordeals.

A council spokesperson said: “We remain keen to speak to anyone else who underwent a procedure at the hotel.”

Environmental Health Officers served a prohibition notice on the company preventing – they did not appeal the decision.

The firm has also been banned from carrying out BBLs in Epping Forest, Essex, following a council probe.

Lift Aesthetics social media posts boast of clients including model Katie, 45, Love Island’s Hannah Owens, 34, and Towie star Dani Imbert, 25.

The SNP said: “We are considering how best to take forward legislation on non-surgical cosmetic procedures.” A Holiday Inn rep added: “All bookings are confidential.”
