Emmerdale’s Caleb Miligan will cause major trouble for Will Taylor next week, as he pushes ahead with his plan to get revenge on Kim Tate.

Caleb, who was revealed to be Frank Tate’s secret son after he arrived in the Dales in 2022,

recently vowed to take his revenge on Kim by building his own business empire “on her doorstep”, with his wife Ruby also in on the plan.

In scenes that will air next week, Caleb toasts his new deal with Jai Sharma,

who is currently embroiled in an underhand plot of his own as he schemes to avoid giving estranged wife Laurel Thomas anything in their divorce.

But their apparently friendly meeting takes a turn when Caleb asks Jai to hand over more money, as he wants a bigger amount to bribe their council contact with.

Jai is irritated by Caleb’s demand and he angrily warns Caleb that he won’t be messed with.

Chas Dingle, who is intrigued by the pair’s meeting, watches on, not convinced that Jai and Caleb are really friends.

Caleb is soon heading off to cause trouble at Home James Haulage, which is partially owned by Kim.

It isn’t long before a HMRC Officer is showing up at the haulage business, wanting to check the vans for red diesel. Confused, Will has no idea why the officer is investigating them, while majority owner Jimmy King is horrified when he finds out what’s going on.

As Will shouts at Jimmy over the situation, Jimmy decides he’s had enough of how Will is treating him.

Will is convinced that the business is being sabotaged and he storms away. He’s soon accusing Billy Fletcher of dodgy behaviour, leaving Billy shocked.

Has Caleb’s interference successfully threatened Will’s position at the haulage yard, and got the business in serious trouble?

Emmerdale will air these scenes in the week commencing August 26. Will’s story will also take another turn next week, as the soap finally reveals what has happened to missing Rose Jackson.
